Managing bookings in Flecto is easy and flexible! Here's a quick guide to help you set up and understand each section of your booking page. 💼
Customer 👤
You can quickly add a customer directly from the booking, or through the Customers module.
We recommend filling in all customer details to build a complete profile.
Identification: Add a customer ID or verify them for added security. 🔐
Dates 🗓️
Customize your booking dates according to your needs.
You can also set default date settings by going to Settings → Bookings.
Products 📦
Add as many products as you like to each booking. There’s no limit! 🛠️
Services 🧰
Add extra services like transport, setup, or insurance here.
Services must be added one by one.
When adding insurance as a service, it will be shown to the customer and can be charged to them.
Use the ‘Estimate service price’ button to preview how insurance will be calculated. 🧾
Notes 📝
Internal notes are only visible within the platform.
Use them as reminders or special instructions for your team. 💬

See all the pricing details of your booking here.
All prices include taxes, based on your settings in Settings → Taxes.
Documents 📄
Create and send personalized quotes and contracts—go paperless! 🌱
Use e-signature to sign documents via email or Flecto link.
The signing email can differ from the account email.
Once signed, a confirmation is sent to both you and your customer.
You can also upload your own documents to share through the Flecto link.
When customers reply to document emails, replies go directly to the owner. 📬
Payments 💳
Easily register payments with a single click.
Support for partial or full payments at pickup or return.
Works the same way for deposits too.

Share all booking details, documents, and pricing through the Flecto link.
Choose which information to share in Settings → Bookings.
Customers can sign documents either via the Flecto link or from the Documents tab. ✍️
