Flecto’s Schedule is your pass to everything happening now, later, and soon-ish. Whether you like a high-level overview or day-by-day control, you can switch between views to match your workflow — and keep things running like a well-oiled machine. 🛠️✨
👁️ Choose Your View
Flecto offers two ways to visualize your schedule.
You can toggle between Calendar and Daily views at the top right of the Schedule page. Just click to choose your preferred option — Flecto will remember your last choice.
📅 Calendar View
This view shows your bookings across a traditional calendar layout — perfect for getting a high-level overview of your week or month.
You can choose to see all your bookings or just the active ones.
Use it when you want to:
Check availability across days
Spot overlaps or gaps
Check overview by hovering on top of each booking (click on the arrow to go to the booking)
📋 Daily View
The daily view is more focused and detailed. You’ll see bookings lined up by day, with start and end times clearly displayed.
Great for:
Busy days with lots of bookings
Precise time tracking
Quick overview and adjustments (click on the 3 dots to go to the booking)
