You can sign up for Flecto in three different ways: using your e-mail, using Facebook, or using Google. If you use your e-mail, you will need to choose a password. If you use your Facebook or Google account, your password will be the one you use for that account, meaning that will not be possible to recover it through our platform.
To log in, you should always use the same method that you selected when signing in. If you use your e-mail, insert the password you previously defined. If you use your Facebook or Google account, your password will be the one you always use for that account.
If you forgot your password:
If you forgot your password, don’t worry, it is very simple to get a new one. Go to app.flecto.io, insert your e-mail and click on Continue.
Now, select “Forgot password?”.
Here enter the e-mail associated with your Flecto account and click “Continue”. Then you will receive all the indications in your e-mail. If you do not receive the e-mail, please look at your Spam.
Please bear in mind that, if you initially signed up with Facebook or Google, that will not work out, since we do not have any control over these passwords.
