When you log in to Flecto for the first time, you have to verify your phone number before adding items, customers, or bookings.
Go to ⚙️ Settings > Account, and add your phone number.
Go to Verifications and select “Next” below your phone number. You will receive a verification code on your phone.
Insert the verification code, and select “Verify”. Now, your phone number is verified and you can add items, customers, or bookings.
