One of the key features of our platform is the ability to manage multiple locations and set a tax address according to your business needs. Here’s how you can set it up: go to your Flecto account, in the Settings section > My Locations, select 'Add Address'. Fill in all the necessary information for the location and then 'Save'.

After adding the address, you have the option to identify it as your tax address or you can add a new address and select 'Set as Tax Address'.

Now that you’ve set up your locations and tax address, let’s move on to configuring your working schedule.

You can set your business hours and display them on your online channels, namely your Flecto Store as well as your profile on Flecto Market. This means that any customers who visit your channels will immediately know the periods within which they can place rental orders. Therefore, you'll be able to reduce the number of requests that jump out of your working schedule.

Here’s how you can set your business hours for each location: in the 'My Locations' page, select the location you want to edit and enable 'Open for business'. Select the option that fits your business, or customize your schedule as needed.

To finish, just click 'Save' in the upper right corner.
