If anything goes wrong during the booking and you have to submit a claim, you can do it easily by clicking on ‘Submit claim’.
You’ll be redirected to our partner’s Insurance Activation form. Once in the our partner's Insurance Activation form, you’ll see that the basic data is already filled in.
You’ll be required to fill in some extra details regarding the incident and the inventory.
Once you finish filling the form and submit it, it’s on our partner’s side. Reimbursement will take from a couple of days up to a week.
